• What do credits cover?

  Business agent replies and private-browser time use credits from the same allowance. They are not separate subscriptions.

  Solo & small business: about 34 private-browser minutes or 500 agent replies.

  Business: about 90 private-browser minutes or 1,333 agent replies.

  These are typical estimates, not guaranteed quantities. Actual credit use depends on the work. Top-ups open when paid plans start. Review the amount and any applicable taxes in checkout before choosing to pay.

• What stays yours?

  Your passwords, one-time codes and payment details. You take over to enter them. The agent never pays, by text or by voice.

• What is coming soon?

  AI receptionist (coming soon): £29 a month after a 7-day free trial. It answers a business’s web chat, email, phone calls and texts from its own prices, hours and diary.

  Team collaboration and connections to hundreds of apps are planned. They are not included as available features in these plans today.

• How fees work

  Paying for a job through OpenMap is not open yet. When it is, OpenMap’s platform fee will be 5% on jobs of £25 or more.
